Is it really free?
The build is. No setup fee, and nothing to pay until your site is live. After that it's $200 a month, which covers hosting, changes and upkeep. The only other cost is your domain name. You own it and renew it yourself, usually $10–20 a year.
When do I pay?
We take a card when we start, but nothing gets charged until your site is live. From then on it's $200 on the same day each month.
So what's the catch?
There's a 12-month minimum. That's the whole catch. We build your site for free, and the first year is how the math works. After that it's month to month.
What if I need to cancel in the first year?
You can pay out the remaining months, or buy the site outright for $999. After the first year, cancel any time with 30 days' notice.
Who owns the website?
Your domain, logo, photos and words are always yours. We keep the design and code while you're with us. Want the whole thing? Buy it for $999 any time and take it wherever you like.
How fast are changes?
We reply within one business day. Most changes go live the same day.
What counts as an everyday change?
Text, photos, hours, prices, services, specials, staff and reviews. You never count requests. If something's bigger than an everyday update, like a whole new section, we'll tell you before we touch it.
I already have a website. Can you redo it?
Yes. Same plan. We rebuild it and point your existing domain at the new one. Your customers won't notice the switch. Only the upgrade.
Do I need to be good with tech?
No. You never log in to anything. If you can send a text, you're overqualified.
